Life is perpetual learning for everyone.<\/p><p>Most people want to resolve their problems in private and cope with the situations themselves, which is only natural. To &#8220;need&#8221; a therapy is still percieved as a weakness and thereforeit needs a lot of courage to get started and on top of that, honestly who likes changes? The fear of being overwhelmed by emotions is also a natural concern.<\/p><p>Beliefs often hinder us in moving forward.
