For these workshops we also need representatives, who will be willing to represent the family members which we need to do the constellation.\u00a0<\/p><p>The work is based on Bert Hellinger, albeit adapted to the spirit of our time and further developed with my experience of leading roughly 500 group constellations over the years in France, Singapore, Switzerland and Spain.<\/p><p>The duration of one constellation is between 45 min. and 90 min.<\/p><p><strong>What is a family constellation and how does it work?<br \/><\/strong>Basically we can work on the family of origin or on the family you created with your partner. All members of your family are replaced with a representative, who ideally do not know your family. You as client will choose the representatives from the audience for each member of your family and put him or her on the stage, stating the name of the family member and rank within the family. As soon as all the members are placed and named, the energy starts to build and the person leading the constellation will ask the members how they feel about each other. Since the representatives do not know the story of the family they have to relay on what they feel, like if they like or dislike the other persons or feel trust, apprehension or fear, or any kind of other emotion. It sounds a bit complicated, but it actually isn&#8217;t. It is mainly going with the flow.<\/p><p><strong>How is this possible?<br \/><\/strong>you all know the phenomenon personally. You are thinking of a person and the phone or the door-bell rings and this person wants to talk to you. How often do you use the sentence, I have just been thinking of you?<br \/>We are all connected to and by\u00a0 the knowing field.<br \/>This is an amazing work and experience to be honest, then the representatives will start to use the language of the person they represent, even their mannerisms, but since they actually do not know the person, they are free to express their feelings without inhibitions. So every family member can say how they feel, what they like and dislike, the truth is healing, even if it is sometimes not so easy to hear it.\u00a0<\/p><p>The constellation is finished as soon as every member has found the place within the family\u00a0 where they feel well and relaxed.<br \/>The\u00a0 information reaches the real family members over the knowing field and gives the family a chance \u00a0to function differently in future.\u00a0<\/p><p>Sometimes there are secrects in the family or the former generations that unbalance a family,\u00a0 through the generations until the secret is released and the energies can flow freely.<\/p><p><strong>For example:<\/strong><br \/>in former generations there may be a second child who was hidden in the family or not acknowleded because of a physical deformation or for being retarded. This fact causes that in each generatiom the second child is a loner, not understood or a recluse, because the energy of the family is not in balance. If you realise you have such a pattern of early death or strange behavior over generations, a constellation will help your family. It is a form of therapy with a wide range of possibilities but also needs a careful leadership to deal with the energies and a respectful approach to any kind of problem and the persons involved.<\/p><p><strong>Advantage:<\/strong><br \/>you can look at yourself from an outside perspective and see and hear how you are perceived by the people around you.<\/p><p>If there is some energy which needs attention in your family, all the representatives will focus on an empty spot. A new representative will be chosen to give the secret, incident or the energy a voice to unfold the story.
