My Story

This is who I am:

Sabine von Wartburg, born 2nd June 1959 in Basel, Switzerland mother of 2 children , 4 grandchildren, married 3 times, life has guided me through an incredible journey during which I could learn so much.  Learing to work on myself and take  obstacles like waves in the sea, without drowning was my best lesson so far, since it left me with a tool to survive and the knwoledge and experience that I am able to cope with anything life throws at me.

Working as an emotional, holistic therapist for 20 years, born a psychic with formations in psychology, regression therapy, hypnosis (time lapping technique), coaching and communication, family- and systemic constellation work & past life therapy amongst others.

Recent work experience as an executive in global companies including formations regarding leadership and difficult situations in work life, as well as formation as a HR professional.

I can easily merge all aspects of life due to my own vast life experience and my down to earth metality.  My therapy is unique and has grown over the years with expertise and intuition, enhanced by my various formations, which I can use in combination as a tool-box, my work does not  follow rigid paterns, but allows fluidity to adabt best to your personal needs and bliefs. 

Due to my gift, I can add substantial value to your therapy , my multilayered awareness and quick spotting of energetic hot spots,  will enable you to advance very quickly  in your personal process.

Life has taught me to be non judemental,  giving each person the possibility to grow in their own pace  and let them make their own decisions. Life is perpetual learning for everyone.

Most people want to resolve their problems in private and cope with the situations themselves, which is only natural. To “need” a therapy is still percieved as a weakness and thereforeit needs a lot of courage to get started and on top of that, honestly who likes changes? The fear of being overwhelmed by emotions is also a natural concern.

Beliefs often hinder us in moving forward. Sometimes we just have to take the leap of faith in order to change things for the better and try something new, out of the ordinary to expand our horizon and mind , break unhealthy patterns, understand which are our drivers, in order to shape who we want to be and be successful in what we do and how we live.
